LAKSHMI JAYAKUMAR : “The nomination for the screen writer’s association award is a tremendous honour for me as it feels great to be recognized by your contemporaries, colleagues and seniors. A writer’s ultimate glory is appreciation and this being my first award nomination, I feel extremely honoured to have come from the ScreenWriter’s Association itself which indeed is really motivating and inspiring. I am looking forward to this countdown although I feel like I have already won, by just being nominated.”

लक्ष्मी जयकुमार : “स्क्रीनराइटर असोशिएशन अवार्ड के लिए नामांकित होना बहुत बड़ा सम्मान है क्योंकि अपने समकालीन सहयोगियों और वरिष्ठ लेखकों द्वारा सराहे जाने पर बहुत अच्छा लगता है। एक लेखक के लिए सबसे बड़ा गौरव प्रशंसा पाना है, और मैं बहुत खुश हूँ की इस अवार्ड ले लिए ये मेरा पहला नामांकन है जो रायटर्स असोशिएशन की तरफ से है और ये वाकई में बहुत प्रोत्साहित करने वाला और प्रेरणा देने वाला है। मैं इस अवार्ड के लिए उलटी गिनती खत्म होने का  इंतज़ार कर रही हूँ हालांकि सिर्फ नामित होने से ही मुझे महसूस हो रहा है की मैंने ये अवार्ड जीत लिया है।”

SHAKTI SAGAR CHOPRA :  “Being recognized for one’s work is always appreciated, but even more so when it comes from your own fraternity. I greatly appreciate SWA for instituting these awards where writers shall be recognized by their peers. I also thank them for nominating Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga in the Best Story in TV Series – Comedy category”

I have been associated with SWA for a long time and these nominations by the jury of eminent writers makes it even more special. I congratulate SWA for this wonderful step of honouring the writers and I hope these awards become the most coveted awards for writing of our country.”

रघुवीर शेखावत : “ स्क्रीन राइटर्स एसोसिएशन द्वारा आयोजित पहले एसडब्लयूए अवॉर्ड्स में  मुझे टेलीविज़न कॉमेडी की तीनों श्रेणियों में बेस्ट स्टोरी, बेस्ट स्क्रीनप्ले और बेस्ट डायलॉग्स के लिए नामांकित किया गया है और मेरे इस नामांकन से मैं बहुत ही उत्साहित हूं। मेरा स्क्रीन राइटर्स एसोसिएशन से काफी पुराना रिश्ता रहा है और विख्यात लेखकों के निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा किए गए ये नॉमिनेशन मेरे लिए बेहद खास है। एसडब्लयूए को उनके द्वारा लेखकों के सम्मान की इस पहल के लिए मै बहोत बधाई देता हूं और मुझे उम्मीद है कि आने वाले समय ये अवॉर्ड्स राइटिंग के सबसे बेहतरीन अवॉर्ड्स कहलाए जाएंगे।”
