ANUBHAV SINHA : I am so happy to be nominated by the Screenwriters Association for Article 15 for writing awards, and it is so wonderful that your peers, your seniors think what you wrote was worthy of such a distinction. Thank you so much Jury, thank you so much Screenwriters Association. 

अनुभव सिन्हा : मुझे बहुत ख़ुशी है कि ‘आर्टिकल 15’ की पठकथा लेखन के लिए मुझे एसडबल्यूए अवार्ड्स द्वारा नामांकित किया गया है और यह वाकई में बहुत अद्भुत है कि आपके साथियों, आपके वरिष्ठों को लगता है कि आपने जो लिखा था वह इस तरह के सम्मान के योग्य है। ज्यूरी मेम्बर्स और एसडबल्यूए बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।

GAURAV SOLANKI : This is a very special nomination. Awards for writers, by writers! I hope through this we keep encouraging each other, educating each other of our shortcomings and pat each other’s back when the work is good. We keep working writing new stories and screenplays and walk on new paths. This is a celebration for that only!

 गौरव सोलंकी : यह बहुत ही ख़ास नामांकन है, लेखकों द्वारा, लेखकों के लिए पुरस्कार। मुझे उम्मीद है कि इस बहाने हम एक दूसरे का हौसला बढ़ाते रहेंगे, कमियों और ग़लतियों पर टोकते भी रहेंगे और जब–जब किसी का काम अच्छा लगेगा, उसकी पीठ थपथपाएंगे। हम बेहतर कहानियाँ और स्क्रीनप्ले लिखने की कोशिश करते रहें, नए रास्तों पर चलें। यह उसी का जश्न है।

NIREN BHATT : The fact that nominations for this award have been selected by fellow writers makes it super special for me. I am humbled and elated by the nomination. Hope SWA awards grow bigger every year and it manages to give much required unbiased recognition to writers in the Indian film industry. SWA awards – is certainly a step in the right direction.

निरेन भट्ट: क्यूंकि इस अवॉर्ड के लिए नामांकन का चयन साथी लेखकों द्वारा किया गया है, यह मेरे लिए बहुत ही विशेष है। मैं इस नामांकन के लिए आभारी हूं और गर्वित महसूस कर रहा हूँ । आशा करता हूं कि एसडबल्यूए अवॉर्ड्स का महत्व हर वर्ष के साथ बबढ़ता जाएगा और ये भारतीय फिल्म जगत में लेखकों को उनकी अत्यावश्यक निष्पक्ष पहचान प्रदान करने में सफल होंगे। एसडब्ल्यूए अवॉर्ड्स निश्चित रूप से सही दिशा में उठाया गया एक कदम है।

VIJAY MAURYA : “When master screenwriters appreciate your screenwriting, no reward is bigger than that for you. I am very fortunate that my name is nominated in our SWA family’s first ever award ceremony 2020 for the film Gully Boy. Its a matter of luck for me and if I get this award then its a challenge also, because then I have to hard work for getting nominated again in SWA Awards 2021. My best wishes to SWA and other nominee brothers and sisters, and fingers crossed.”

विजय मौर्या : “जब आपके स्क्रीनराइटिंग की तारीफ कुछ मंझे हुए स्क्रीनराइटर्स करें, आपके लिए उससे बड़ा कोई रिवॉर्ड हो ही नही सकता। खुशनसीब हूँ की एसडब्ल्यूए परिवार के अपने पहले अवार्ड सेरेमनी 2020 में मेरा नाम फ़िल्म ‘गली बॉय‘ के बेस्ट कैटेगरी में नॉमिनेट हुआ है। ये मेरे लिए बड़े सौभाग्य की बात है और अवार्ड मिल जाये तो चैलेंजिंग बात भी हो जाएगी क्योंकि फिर एसडब्ल्यूए अवार्ड्स 2021 में फिर से आने की जम कर तैयारी भी शुरू करनी होगी। एसडब्ल्यूए और और मेरे सारे नॉमिनी भाइयों– बहनों को दिल से बधाई और शुभकामनाएं।“

RAVINDER RANDHAWA : Nothing could be more significant and heartwarming than being recognised and celebrated by one’s fraternity. Therefore, I am extremely happy to be nominated for the first ever SWA awards. The best part is that the only consideration for these awards seems to be the quality of the script and not the total business of the film. I sincerely hope that these awards will instill faith in good writing and inspire writers to strive for the best. 

रविंदर रंधावा : अपने समुदाय के मित्रों द्वारा सराहने और जश्न मनाए जाने से ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण और हार्दिक ख़ुशी कुछ भी नहीं हो सकती है। इसलिए, मैं पहली बार एसडबल्यूए अवार्ड्स  के लिए नामांकित होने से बेहद खुश हूं। इन अवार्ड्स की सबसे ख़ास बात यह है कि इनके लिए एकमात्र विचार स्क्रिप्ट की गुणवत्ता है ना की फिल्म का कुल व्यवसाय। मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है कि ये अवार्ड्स हम लेखकों में अच्छे लेखन का विश्वास पैदा करेंगे और लेखकों को सर्वोतम लिखने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।

SUMIT SAXENA : Thanks to Gaurav Sharma, Sidharth, Shoaib and the entire team from SaReGama for this nomination. This one is special! I am not very sure where my SWA Membership card is. I very rarely ever register my scripts and ideas but, I completely understand the importance of this institution. This is the first year of this award ceremony, so it will be special. And I am hoping for more of these glorious ceremonies in times to come.

सुमित सक्सेना : “इस नामांकन के लिए गौरव शर्मा, सिद्धार्थ, शोएब और सा–रे–गामा  की पूरी टीम का धन्यवाद।यह बहुत ख़ास है! मुझे पता नहीं है कि मेरा एसडबल्यूए का कार्ड कहां है। मैंने शायद ही कभी अपनी स्क्रिप्ट को एसडबल्यूए में रजिस्टर कराया है लेकिन, मैं इस संस्था के महत्व को पूरी तरह से समझता हूं। यह समारोह का पहला वर्ष है, इसलिए यह बहुत ही खास है। और मैं आने वाले समय में इन अवार्ड्स समारोहों को और अभी अधिक शानदार होने की उम्मीद रखता हूं।”

SUDIP SHARMA : “It’s lovely to hear that SWA is honouring the best works of the year 2019 with SWA Awards for writing. I am even more thrilled that my writing on Sonchiriya has been thought worthy of nomination by a jury of eminent writers. It is always a lovely feeling to be reviewed well by your peers and I thank them for considering my work worthwhile of that privilege.”

सुदीप शर्मा: यह सुनकर बहुत खुशी हुई कि एसडबल्यूए ने वर्ष २०१९ में किए गए लेखन के सर्वश्रेष्ठ कार्यों को एसडब्लुए अवार्ड्स से सम्मानित कर रहा है। मै इस बात से और भी उत्साहित हूं कि सोनचिड़िया के मेरे लेखन को विशिष्ट लेखकों के निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा नामांकन के योग्य समझा गया है। अपने सहकर्मियों द्वारा सुयोग्य तरीके से समीक्षा किया जाना हमेशा एक प्यारा एहसास होता है और मैं उन्हें धन्यवाद देता हूं कि उन्होंने मेरे लेखन को इस अवसर के लायक समझा।
